Lanterns give the ShanghaiTan an atmosphere which is somewhat reminiscent of Chinese night markets. Here visitors can feast on delicious satay skewers, dim-sum, Asian salads and, of course, noodles and soups. The mix of the local scene and dishes from China, Vietnam and Japan ensures that there are always plenty of visitors.
